The 12th Street Health Care For The Homeless Clinic operates under the Community Action Partnership of Natrona County.
Provide health care services specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of the homeless.
Located at the Life Steps Campus which also houses a shelter as well as a treatment program for substance abuse.
Hours:
Monday Thursday from 7 am12pm and 1pm6pm.

Primary and preventative care
Limited dental and vision care
Medication
Pulmonary Health
Mental health and substance abuse counseling
