The Alexandria Community Services Board is a VA PATH service provider.


PATH stands for Homeless Transition Assistance Projects.


PATH program provides services to people with severe mental illness experiencing homelessness They are providing funds to


PATH providers are local public or non-profit organizations that have received PATH funding from the U.S. government to provide services to people who are not currently connected to traditional services.


Some PATH programs of the services provide, but are not completely inclusive for all programs (some PATH providers offer all of these services, while others focus on providing one or two of them).):


Outreach Services:



Screening and Diagnostic Treatment


Rehabilitation and rehabilitation


Community mental health



Substance abuse treatment



Referrals for primary health care, vocational training, housing, education assistance


Housing services specified in section 522 (b) (10)
