HOPES stands for Helping Others by Providing Emergency Shelter

Homeless needs are met through a ministry of Jubilee known as the HOPES Resource Center (HRC). HOPES serves as a home-base for those who need help in breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness.

HOPES is a collaborative effort involving two Lebanon, PA ministries: Jubilee Ministries and Lebanon County Christian Ministries (LCCM). Jubilee operates the HOPES Resource Center which provides individualized case management, food, computer access, phone, laundry and shower facilities to homeless individuals and families. LCCM coordinates the overnight Emergency Shelter program through involvement of local host churches.

HOPES is not just a place to hang out, but truly a resource center to help our homeless guests achieve their goals and secure stable housing.
