Services provided in all counties in theCumberland River ADD.
Mission Statement: The mission of CRBH is to ensure that all members of our community have an opportunity to achieve their highest potential for living satisfying, productive and valued lives. To this end we are dedicated to developing, organizing and efficiently utilizing resources to plan and provide quality mental health, developmental delay/intellectual disability, and substance use disorder services.
