Services:One transitional housing unit for anyone previously homeless, coming from shelters. Length of stay is 2 years (then convert to permanent). Referring agency or shelter should contact Main Cross for eligibility requirements.
Elderly housing - 55 + (20% of the 51 units can be less than age 55) Incomerequirements are 50% of the AMI for a Section 8 project-based units. Three units, not project-based, income limit is 60% of the AMI.
