I felt worse about my situation after talking to the gentleman. He was rude and not friendly and basically hung up on me before I could explain my situation.

    I contacted your office for rent assistance so that I will not be evicted and homeless. I've paid my first rent and deposit. I just needed help with this month. My landlord will not wait unruly until next week for my payday. The gentleman that called wasn't friendly, didn't introduce himself and basically said he could not help and hung up the phone. He huffed and puffed during the phone call like I was inconvenience. I never asked assisted before from anywhere and I'm new to area. I'm just trying to get on my feet until pay day. It's bad enough that feel bad for asking for help but the gentleman made Me feel worse.
