RAPP is a community-based mental health access and care program directed at serving persons with a serious mental illness living within homeless encampments

Housing takes time. Short term needs lunch, hygiene, clothing may be available daily.

    I sat here for two hours waiting to be seen. 5 employees walked past me as I'm sitting right next to the sign that says wait here to be seen. 2hrs they say. I never checked in but I'm sitting next to the sign that says wait here to checked in. You should not be allowed to pretend to help others.
