The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program provides a one-time utility payment on behalf of qualified households. Forms of assistance available include: financial assistance towards a households heating energy bill and emergency assistance if a households home energy service is shut off or about to be shut off.

Households whose prior three-month income is below 150% of FPL meet the income qualification for this program.



Mission Statement: The Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho fights the causes and conditions of poverty through building the capacity and effectiveness of its members.

    Hi I will have no home on the march 1st 2020, I was lade off this month, I make only $666. a month now my rent is 4625 and other bills I am looking for work again thanks for your help I live in nampa id roy corpstein
