    I have tried to call the office for days and can’t get through. A lady told me over 30 days ago that they did a pledge for my electric bill with Entergy. I have called Entergy 3 times and they said they haven’t heard anything about you paying my bill.

    I applied for assistance with my propane bill. In the past, OHC always covered it. This year, 2020, some steps in the guidelines were changed, but I was NOT notified that this had taken place. So, when I applied for assistance, it was DENIED -- although I had not done anything wrong! This is not right. Why was I treated so unfairly? -- when I spent so MANY HOURS filling out the application and being so careful that everything on the form was correct.
