Programs:
Men's Center provides an emergency shelter, nutritious meals, clean clothing, hot showers, safe shelter and nightly Bible studies to Central Florida's neediest men.
Homelessness can be a difficult time for adults. But the situation becomes even more heartbreaking when children are involved. O.U.R. Mission Home is a 151-bed transitional housing facility accommodating single women, single mothers with children and married couples with children.
The Arthur J. and Marie H. Williams Family Life Center is located adjacent to O.U.R. Mission Home. This 23,000-square-foot facility includes three classrooms, an Internet Caf, library, nursery, youth recreation room, gymnasium, salon, and exercise area.
O.U.R. Bargain Store provides: discounted items for the general public, a source of income to operate the Mission, free clothing and household items to the needy and to families moving out of the Mission and into a home of their own and job training for individuals in our Discipleship Program.
Mission Statement: The Orlando Union Rescue Mission is one of Central Florida’s oldest and largest homeless service providers. The Mission provides for immediate physical needs — including food, clothing and shelter — however, our programs are designed to lead the homeless to permanent independence built upon a personal relationship with Christ.
Ex girlfriend left me in Florida from Washington state, need emergency shelter and help, willing to work.
