Services:
Homeless Permanent Supportive Housing, Housing Search Assistance for Low Income, Rent Payment Assistance, Transitional Housing/Shelter for Low Income
Eligibility:
Must be eligible for Economic Services programs, including Reach-Up and General Assistance; can also be eligible through a recognized substance abuse treatment program; ages 18 and older for individuals and heads of families.
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am-2:00pm.
Housing Information Group:
Wednesday: 1:00pm.
