West Harlem Group Assistance offers a plethora of programs and services to low and moderate income households. Our housing development and preservation programs aim for affordability, safety, as well as quality.We areproudest of our facilities that househomeless families, adults with mental challenges, and seniors.
In addition to special needs populations, WHGAalsoserves first-time homebuyers andlong-term homeowners (especially senior homeowners)seeking mortgage/ foreclosure counseling, affordable loans and grants. Small business ownersare also targeted for WHGA'saffordable commerical leasing program.
